Terms and Conditions

Welcome to learnenglishwithparularya.in (“the Website”), owned and operated by Learn English With Parul Arya (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this Website, enrolling in a program, submitting a Practice Journal entry, or registering as an Alumni Referral Partner, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Programs

We offer English-speaking coaching programs, self-paced video courses, and one-on-one training, as described on our Pricing page. Program prices, inclusions, and availability may change; the current version shown on the Website at the time of enrollment applies.

2. Enrollment and Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, and can be made by card, UPI, netbanking, wallet, or bank/card EMI (EMI is offered by your bank through Razorpay’s checkout – the full program price is charged and received by us in one transaction regardless of whether you choose EMI). Enrollment and course/class access are granted automatically and immediately once Razorpay confirms your payment; there is no manual verification step. We will contact you via email (and WhatsApp, where applicable) with your login details and next steps as soon as payment is confirmed.

2a. Cancellations and Refunds

Video courses (Self-Paced Video Course, and Video Course + 4 Live Sessions) are non-refundable once payment is made, since course access is granted immediately. For live coaching programs (2.5-Month Live Group Coaching, 4-Month Live Group Coaching, and One-on-One Training), you may request a refund by emailing learnenglishwithparularya@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment; approved refunds are credited back within 21 days. Please review the program details, schedule, and pricing carefully before paying. See our full Cancellation and Refund Policy for details. This policy is also shown as a checkbox you must accept at checkout, and is restated in your payment confirmation email.

3. Practice Journal Submissions

If you submit a Practice Journal entry:

  • Nothing you submit is published automatically. Our team reviews every submission before anything goes live.
  • We may edit your submission for grammar, formatting, clarity, or length, and may remove personal information that should not be made public. We aim to preserve your own words and meaning as much as possible.
  • We may choose not to publish a submission, at our discretion, without needing to give a reason.
  • If published, your entry may appear on the Website’s Practice Journal section and on a public Alumni Profile page bearing your name, and (if you provided one and gave permission) your photograph.
  • You confirm that what you submit is your own original reflection, and that you have the right to share any photograph you upload.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also provide consent before your name, photograph, or entry can be published, using the guardian consent option in the submission form.
  • You may request removal of a previously published entry or profile at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). We will act on such requests as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Alumni Referral Program

If you register as an Alumni Referral Partner (via our Alumni Referral page):

  • You will receive a personal referral link. When someone joins one of our programs using your link, our referral tracking system records this and may credit you with the benefit described on the Alumni Referral page at the time, if any.
  • Referral benefits, if offered, are determined solely by us and may change or be discontinued at any time. Past referrals are not affected by such changes.
  • You agree not to misuse your referral link – including but not limited to spamming, misrepresenting our programs, or referring fake sign-ups – and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your referral account for misuse.
  • We use a third-party referral-tracking plugin to manage referral links and attribution. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party tracking beyond what that plugin provides.

5. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree that we (or our team) may contact you via WhatsApp regarding your enrollment, submissions, or program updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, and materials remain the property of Learn English With Parul Arya. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid course materials without our written permission. Practice Journal entries remain credited to their original author, but by submitting one you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, and display it on the Website and in related promotional material (e.g. sharing your published entry on our social media).

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Website and our programs function as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our programs.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
