Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page explains our cancellation and refund policy for every program offered by Learn English With Parul Arya. It applies to all payments made through this Website via Razorpay, whether paid in full or via bank/card EMI.

1. Video Courses – No Refunds

The Self-Paced Video Course and Video Course + 4 Live Sessions are non-refundable once payment is made. Because course access is granted automatically and immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer a refund once you have gained access to the course material, regardless of how much of it you have viewed.

2. Live Coaching Programs – 7-Day Refund Window

For the 2.5-Month Live Group Coaching, 4-Month Live Group Coaching, and One-on-One Training programs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. To request a refund, email learnenglishwithparularya@gmail.com from the email address you used to enroll, mentioning your name, the program, and your payment/enrollment date. Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 21 days. The exact time it takes to reflect in your account after that may also depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method used – we cannot issue a refund to a different account or via cash/UPI transfer.

5. Cancelling Before You Pay

If you have not yet paid, you have not enrolled, and there is nothing to cancel – simply do not complete the payment step.
