Shipping and Exchange Policy

Learn English With Parul Arya offers only digital, online programs – video courses and live online coaching sessions delivered over the internet (and, for one-on-one and live group coaching, over Zoom). We do not sell or ship any physical products.

1. No Physical Shipping

Nothing purchased on this Website is shipped to you physically. Course access, class links, and learning materials are delivered digitally – typically by email, and/or made available in your course account – immediately after your payment is confirmed.

2. No Physical Exchange

Since there is no physical product, there is no physical exchange process. If you have an issue with the program you enrolled in, please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for what options are available for your specific program.

3. Delivery Issues

If you have paid but have not received your login details, class link, or course access within a reasonable time, please email learnenglishwithparularya@gmail.com with your name, program, and payment details, and we will resolve it promptly.
